"I am in the same situation.... had the trouble week ago, only today noticed this forum. Is there any update on when this problem might be resolved? Do I correctly understand that it is unique to Windows 7?

Do you have any suggestions Rafael? I am eager to try Zebra and hope you can resolve this. SOmeone mentioned that there may be an update that would eliminate the install problem... Help!!!! Jody
